I have a Galaxy S4 and today after 6 am I am unable to call one certain number. I can call others. I keep getting an all circuits are busy message. I have prepaid service. Please help

he has a prepaid phone as well., i tried from another number and got the same result
If you have called from two different numbers, have the other party call prepaid from a different phone to get it resolved.
