Elipsis 7 Not Charging

My tablet has gone from taking days to charge, only to lose the charge in a few hours, to not charging at all. I thought it was the charger so I bought a new one. Still will not charge. Is there something I can do to fix this or do I need to take it to the store for repair?

Having your tablet take a charge is a must. It is alarming to see you are having issues. Is there any physical damage to the tablet: cracks, water damage, corrosion in the ports? If not, is the tablet still under the one year manufacture warranty or have any extended coverage?
