I have my original charger plugged into my Galaxy Note 3 and it says I have slow charging and I need to use my original charger for faster charging. Why is this happening?
lancem33 – The Note 3 specialist is here to lend a helping hand. Is there any water/physical damage to your device? Any damage to the charger? Does this happen with other Samsung chargers? When did the issue begin?JacobV_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupportIf my response answered your question please click the Correct Answer button under my response. My wife has one that is also doing the samething
Lancem33, I can only imagine the frustration this has caused on both the line. We need to always have our phones charging properly. I am here so that we can get this issue resolved. I wanted to ask if you are using both original chargers? Have you tried to use a different charger to see if the devices will give you the same unauthorized charger message? I have a Note 3 as well and have experienced this issue. I tried a different charger and I have not received this message again. Does the current chargers show any frayed wires?VeronicaM_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupportIf my response answered your question please click the Correct Answer button under my response. Yes we are using the original charger, my fiancé is using a different
charger and it seems fine. I am using the original charger. The other night
I plugged it in at 14% battery and about an hour later it was at 9% battery
while plugged in and charging. The chargers are not frayed at all.
