Remove account option is gone after updating system w/ Latest Lollipop 23.11.38.en.US

My emails (on phone) reappear in INBOX (as new) after I delete them BUT only AFTER I "Empty the Trash". To rectify the problem (previously) I deleted the email account and then manually added the email account as new. I just installed latest software (23.11.38.en.US) and now the option of "Removing Account" is not there (the only option is "Sync Account"). So I am unable to REMOVE the email account.

You can remove it by going into app Mgr all tab and clear data on that email app

I discovered there is 1 extra step, now to find the "REMOVE ACCOUNT" option (after installing the new software. You need to TAP the email address next to the "Sync" symbol and THEN the 3 dots in upper right corner will give you the option to "Remove Account"
