Since I bought my galaxy s6 a few months back I've noticed purple/blue dots on my front screen camera. When I went into the Verizon store the rep told me that Samsung is coming out with a update to fix it but I've updated my phone since then and they are still there. Since Verizon wasn't helpful I went directly to the Samsung site and live chatted a technical support worker but all she had to say is "That must be very troublesome for you, I'm sorry you're experiencing this, I suggest you contact Verizon to replace the phone." So I tried to call back Verizon but the technical support needs a second phone to talk to on? I DON'T HAVE A SECOND PHONE. I'm getting so frustrated and I have no idea what to do anymore. Is there a way to contact Verizons technical support without using a second phone? also are any of you guys experiencing these dots?
