I removed my sim card while the device is on. Now it won't recognize the SIM card. What do I do next buy a new SIM card?
I'm not sure about that, was it encrypted? Did you lock the SIM card? Whenever you do find out, and IF |ou.need.to get a new SIM card, go to an actual Verizon store. They are free. If you go to a store that has several cellular companies represented, they are.not operated by Verizon and they can charge whatever even though they get them free. I had a man try to charge me $20 for one.
