I have a Lg G3 and yesterday my notification bar will not pull down except when I rotate my phone......I've done reset my phone and everything....anything else I can do???

Let's see what's going on. Any changes to the phone recently such as new downloaded apps? To clarify, you're able to pull down the notification bar when the phone is on landscape mode?
