Can't start new message thread or log into certain apps since keyboard doesn't always appear. Instead, it is a grey blank box that fills up lower half of screen. Already tried shutting off blue tooth and did a hard restart on phone. I also updated my software to 9.0.2 thinking it may solve the problem. Please help!
