Recent update Too many outlook contacts

With the most recent update, all of my business outlook contacts have been added to my phone contact list. I teach so this is years worth of parent contacts that I don't need on my personal phone. How do I clean this up other than deleting each of these? to make it worse these were installed as "family" so I now have over 1,000 family members!

That is quite the large family, CaGRyan! Most definitely would make sorting out quite difficult. Let's see what we can do to help out. This is quite possibly caused by something that was recently updated like an app or recently installed application.

What is the make/model of the phone you are using?

Are there any applications that you use that sync with your outlook email/calendar?

You should be able to remove/disable the contact sync and remove them all in one go in that manner.
