Picture messages

IN THE BEGINNING, my Verizon text messaging was fine as it should be but now when I send a picture message the chances are high that it won't get sent, I just get a "failed" error message. I consider this a standard option that I should not be having problems with yet it continues to this day. I have tried everything to fix this problem and now the only option I have left is to switch to a company that manages their software better.

I can imagine this has become a frustrating experience for you. I would love to assist in resolving your picture message issue so that you don't have to even consider switching to another wireless carrier.

What model phone do you have and when did this problem begin? Which messaging application are you using to send and receive picture messages (Verizon Messages, the stock text messaging application, o3rd 3rd party downloaded text messaging application)? Are you able to receive picture messages and is your device able to make other successful data connections (web or other data applications)? Please let me know so that I can further assist.

I have the same problem. Message+ sits forever sending, then if I'm patient enough it fails. The stock messaging app sends the same image fine (only takes a second to send). I think the only viable answer is to use a quality messaging app on the phone, and use Message+ elsewhere for convenience. Not ready to be the main app.

We certainly want to see you take advantage of the great features offered in Verizon Messages. What model is your device? Does this happen with all contacts regardless of their carrier? Does it affect saved pictures from Gallery and on pictures taken through the app?

I've only tried using the gallery app and sharing the image with Verizon Message+. It rarely completes the send process. If I do the same using it native messaging app, it always works.
