HHow do you delete contacts in the cloud?
Log in and then: My Verizon>My Device>Back up Contacts (this takes you to the cloud)
Select contacts and then you'll see a small tool bar of selections to the right - a box or a check mark in a box, 3 horizontal lines i believe, a trash bin even. Use the check mark in the box to select multiple and then delete.
The only option I have in the drop down menu is "add to favorites". Where is the option to delete contacts?
I figured it out by myself. Choose the box with the check mark in it.
Choose each contact you want to delete by checking the box that appears
on top of the "person" on the left side.
Go up to the toolbar on the top of page. Choose the 3 dot icon.
A drop down will appear with an option to delete contacts.
A Pop up will remind you to empty the trash.
Go to the top toolbar again and click on the trash can. DONE.
Tech support couldn't tell me this, but I did! They said you could only delete single contacts
And you can but this is much more efficient.

Thanks for the quick reply! Did you do this from a PC or laptop? When I try to do this from my smartphone, the only option I have in the drop down menu is to add favorites.

I guess me saying "Use the check mark in the box to select multiple and then delete." Wasn't clear enough?
