I need help with a few issues.

I actually have a great deal of issues and questions about a few different things. One being the Verizon cloud. But some being my iPhone 6. And a lot of ongoing issues with customer service. I do need to get this done in a message to message setting though. Is there a way to do this privately on here. It is important to do so.
