First backup to Cloud. It said initializing, and now it says update pending (photos and videos). Is it processing backup successfully?
Let's get your Cloud cleared up! The best way to delete out contacts, pics, etc is to log into your My Verizon account online. It is a lot easier to mange it on a pc vs the phone. You do want to ensure you are logging in under your mobile number to ensure you get to your Cloud media.

Lea44, let's work together on making sure your back up is processing succesfully. I know how important it is to have your data backed up. Are you currently connected to WiFi? How many videos and photos are being backed up?

Hi. Thanks for reply.
I discovered that both Gallery and Aviary had copies of my [hotos. I
uninstalled Aviary and it freed up a lot of storage space. Then Cloud
backed up my photos, but 9616! I don't have that many photos on my phone.
What happened?
Also backed up 1710 contacts, MANY are duplicates.
Here are my questions:
1. Is there a way to remove duplicate contacts?
2. Can I clear Cloud and start over? Where did all those photos come
from?
3. I want to selectively delete some videos. How do I do that?
4. Can I download the Cloud App to my Chromebook? my Samsung Galaxy
Tablet?
5. Can I access Cloud from the internet and use it on any device?
