Is there a way to boost signal while I'm at work? That is the only place I seem to not have service. At all.
If the phone you are having difficulty with is capable...enable Advanced Calling and the Verizon Messages+ app will receive and make calls over WiFi. This is the only way around it other than getting a network extender.
Being able to use your phone everywhere you are is important, bensmom14. best bet is to cancel your service with Verizon and go with another carrier. This forum is useless and technical support is just as bad. They reach out to you on here but then never follow-up. Technical support is even worse. I'm at the point where I'm canceling my service when contract is up and go with another carrier. Same with my work phone. Good luck.

As I told several other support reps, the service on the Note 4 is unreliable. I can never get more than 2 or 3 bars whether connected to 4G or wireless. This is a business phone and slows down my email loading, on occasion drop calls or can dial out because the signal is so weak. My zip code is 07002, I've already factory reset several times and no difference. What else can we do besides wait for this update this supposedly going to fix this if Verizon will ever release it.
