I got a pre-paid plan which has 1GB data, but the sales told me I could get another 1GB data for free if i set up automatic payment method. The result is I did what they told me but got nothing. Today i can't connect network cuz my 1024MB data was used up. I remember I purchased another 500mb data yesterday, but it was not available until now.
That is my first awkward experience in using verizon, but it is significant. Probably it cause me to change the supplier in the future.
