I have downloaded the bubble App and tried both with Accessabilty\Auto-Rotate Screen ON and OFF but cannot get screen to move to calibrate in Bubble App. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately we cannot support third-party app issues. We did however download the Bubble app (device acts like a level tool) to the Ellipsis 8 and the screen rotates for us. You will want to ensure that Auto-Rotate is ON to tilt the screen. It may also help to restart your device.
If the screen never rotates on the home screen or any applications, you should verify that the autorotate is turned on first. If it is on and still doesn't rotate, then there might be a hardware issue.
