My Droid Maxx was working fine until I got up this morning. The ring tone is intermittent. On voice calls the voice is intermittent. Went to store, called tech help, called Motorola, not one can help. All agree its software. Out of warrantee. NO DAMAGE. not dropped.no water. have done reboot, restart, factory settings. Nothing has helped. Verizon will not replace or even discount for getting same phone! Any ideas?
