The verizon store located at 708 Siegen lane is the worst!!! The employees are rude, nasty, and downright mean to customers!!! I have called in to Verizon and was told to go on line to file a complaint but can't find a way to do that. When my daughter's screen cracked on her phone and we went in to for help the guy treated us like dirt. He asked if we had insurance and when I said no he replied "Do you drive your car without insurance? Cause that's what your phone is like, your car. If you don't purchase insurance and run into a tree the dealer won't give you a new car just because?" I am not stupid don't talk to me like I am. I also do not think my phone is the same as my car!!
So when we got new Iphone 6's we did add the insurance. My son's phone just quit charging yesterday so he took it to the Verizon store to have them look at it again. This is the third time he has had this problem.So their employee, Moylata, tells him that the charging port is fried and he probably did it by using an after market charger. He was using his charger that came with the phone. After he tells her that she says then you must have gotten the phone wet! He did not!! She goes on to tell him that she will order a replacement but he will be charged for it when he sends the old phone back and they see it is his fault!!
How can she know if it is his fault? Is the insurance just another scam? Buy it but when you need it we will claim it's not covered!! And just how is this customer service???????
A few weeks ago I went in because my Iphone 6 was not charging and the "customer service rep" (what a joke) told me it was my charger and I pulled out the charger and he says "yep those after factory chargers are crap." It was and apple charger purchased from the apple store and I had the receipt. So then he says " Apple chargers are know for going bad. They don't last any time. They are crap too." Great so you sell crap and according to you no charger works with an iphone.
These are just a few of the examples of "service" I have received at this Verizon store. The employees at this store have no idea what it means to be polite and what customer service is!! I'm tired of paying the salary of rude idiots. Verizon needs to step up and train it's employees! I'm ready to switch carriers!
