Im fire and rescue and we use a CAD system to receive our calls as a text. MIne cuts short of the 160 character limit. Was told to change how it was received from sms to mms. Looked this up and it says to add a APN but my Note 3 will not allow it.
Your efforts are greatly appreciated and I apologize for the inconvenience! I suggest seeing of your employer can change the way the messages are sent to you. Please advise them to re-enter you number as "your10number@vtext.com" in stead of just your 10 digit number.
