Incoming call alerts are an interruption while on a call - is there a way to send incoming calls straight to voicemail?
Ms1542, I can certainly understand the not wanting to be interrupted during a call. Let's figure this out. You don have the option to remove call waiting and it will send all incoming calls to Voice Mail when you are on the phone. To disable call forwarding go to your My Verizon Feature change page.
