Switched from a droid bionic to my iPhone 5s after I did the switch if I hit my vm  button on my iPhone 5s it calls my vm. Tells me to put in password. Then it tells me that it's incorrect. If I call from my phone but act like I'm calling from someone else # it then tells me it's an inactive number. What do Ido to fix this?

That is definitely odd and we want to make sure that you are able to receive and check your messages. When you dial *86 are you also able to access your voicemail? Are you able to make and receive calls with no issues?
