How do I enable OTG on Galaxy 6? (Have Inateck adapter and want to see files on SDHC)

I need to enable OTG (On the Go) on my Galaxy S6. I have the Inateck 3 Ports USB 2.0 OTG HUB with Card Reader. I want to transfer the files from a SDHC card, but I cannot see the device and its files and folders.

All you need is an OTG cable that fits into the phone and then has the full size USB port on the end, then you can plug various items into it.
