LG G3 blocked number help.

I used to own an Apple iPhone 5c until it malfunctioned and I replaced it with an LG G3 I mistakenly blocked a number from said iPhone and now I can't figure out how to even block or unblock any numbers on my Android. I've watched videos but the call reject and spam manager are not on this device.

Are those numbers blocked in My Verizon?  There's no reason for them to still be blocked after changing devices.  IDK, but have you un-registered your Apple ID from the old iPhone?
