Has anyone received a credit for charges for a global plan after you canceled it through the app? My two travel companions and I all had different experiences with this. One of them called to set it up and the rep included a cancellation date so he didn't get charged for it. The other one added the plan and canceled it through the app and never got charged for it again. I added it over the phone before I left and then canceled it through the app on my return but still got charged for it. Doesn't seem right.
