Video issues LG Optimus Exceed 2

My phone has been saying "unable yo record video during a call" everytime I try to record video. Sometimes I can restart it and it will work for one video right after it powers on. I've tried deleting videos and pictures I had thinking it was a memory issue but nothing has helped. What do I need to do??? Please help me

Try to access Facebook via mobile browser, open a message and try to send a pic using the Camera and not Documents. If you get a low memory error then video will definitely be a memory error as well.

You may need to take the video, then send it. Same with pictures. This often happens on phones with less than 2GB RAM.

Nothing is saying low memory but it's still saying that when I try to record a video and I don't have anything in my gallery.

Just need to make sure absolutely no other apps are open at the time, slim down what you have installed, and make sure nothing is running in App Manager-Running.
