Nothing happens when I touch the screen. It is frozen. Cannot even power off. the voice siri still works.
Let's warm your phone back up Dixilee! No one wants a frozen phone. Have you tried power and home key reset while plugged into a charger? Is there any damage to the phone? http://vz.to/1FAmX2E. Was the phone doing something in particular when the display froze?
