When I call people they say I sound like I'm going thru a tunnel. They have a hard time hearing me. The other phones in my family don't do that.
Is there a case on the phone? Is Advanced Calling on or off? Is this on all calls, or calls from a specific location?
Advanced calling is not on. Yes I have a case. But my other members of my family have cases and they don't have this problem. It happens to all my calls.

A big thanks goes out to SuzyQ, but I'd like to add to her response. Has this happened since you received the device? What model do you have? I do have a quick troubleshooting step for you. Please try turning the volume down, but please make sure to try this when you're on a call. See if that helps. Please post back with your results to we can make sure you're OK.
