I had a factory reset performed on my phone and I'm unable to download my contacts via back-up assistant. I get a "provisioning failure". I've tried connecting thru Wi-Fi and cellular network and I get the same error. Any advice?
Ahammuda, I know that it’s hard to remember everyone’s number so I can understand the importance of getting the contacts back into your phone. Let’s check to see what’s going on so we may bring those back. With your Note 4, have you signed into Verizon Cloud since resetting your phone? Also, lets double check to see if you have any contacts on Google: www.google.com/contacts With either method, please keep us posted with the outcome.
