sle7982, let's speed things up a bit! Are you using a 3rd party text messaging application downloaded from Google Play market? Delete all unwanted text messaging conversations to ensure that this isn't a memory capacity issue. Next, disable W-Fi, connect to our data network and try sending that picture message again.
