Iphone 6 plus help

My sister in laws phone works fine but it will not receive call from a certain prefix. If her number is called from the prefix the caller receives a message saying her number has been disconnected. The phone works fine other than that. She has taken it to the Verizon store but they have no idea how to fix it. The prefix is a hospital network that contains her doctor and all hospital numbers. Thanks for any help....Dennis

Maxey13, anytime your Dr. needs to reach you it's important.  That's certainly something we want to research and resolve.  To confirm, are all instances of this problem related to the hospital network or are you aware of occurrences outside of that?
When was the last time they were able to complete a call to your sister in law?  Is she able to complete calls to them?
