I noticed that ever since I updated my carrier settings to Verizon 21.1 and my iPhone to iOS 9, I started using data roaming. There were no notifications warning me about this but I noticed when I checked my settings and my usage. I'm in the US and am not traveling abroad, so I was wondering if this is free? I tried turning the voice and data roaming setting off, but it is still using it. Not sure how to prevent this from happening? This never happened before any of these updates...
