I switched to a prepaid plan 3days ago and haven't been able to make calls. I called support and factory reset phone and got a new sims card and still can't make calls. So, I called and wanted a refund. I have to call the same person that signed me up(witch is crazy) I can't call anyone else. I emailed him and he called me right back. I told him what's going on then he transfers me to someone else( that's how I no I have to talk to him to get a refund) now I've tried to call him and email and of course he won't answer.
