You pay your bill one person is responsible for turning on your service and they can't even do that. You feel jipped that you gave your last bit of money you have left and the other side can't even keep up their side of the bargain
I want to be sure you get the best Customer Service possible, Dreamgrl2many. I certainly want to see you enjoying our wireless services that you've paid for. Can you fill us in on what happened? Did you have an arrangement with Financial Services? Are there multiple lines on your account with a remaining balance from other users?
