I started my Verizon prepaid plan last Saturday, the twelfth , and since day one,I have only been able to receive texts from people with Verizon phone numbers. I transferred my number from virgin mobile and am able to call everyone, but i am only able to receive texts from Verizon customers. I have used multiple apps including Message plus the default messaging app and mysms and still have been unable to receive these messages. I restarted my phone and even went to customer service yet it still doesnt work, How can i fix this?
