Order pending - Verizon fraud department

Hello, I ordered 2 phones last night and received an email this morning about having to verify my order for fraud prevention. The number it gave me to call sends me to the legal department and I have no options to choose from. Can someone help me so I can get my order processed?

New phones are certainly an exciting time. I regret to hear that you are having troubles validating the order. Are you currently a Verizon Wireless Customer, or are these orders for brand new lines? What was the number that the email provided for you to call? I want to make sure that we get this taken care of as soon as possible.

When you call that number in the email, press option 3 then option 1.
