No 4G in my neighborhood, but coverage map says there should be

None of my devices have ever had 4G in my neighborhood. I thought this was normal until I realized the moment I leave my neighborhood I get 4G again. Literally, around the corner. I checked the coverage map and indeed my neighborhood is supposed to be covered. Why is this? It has never worked on iPhones or Android phones.

GEographic dead zones are sometimes unavoidable.  Note the area I circled in the maps.  While it looks covered, it is a well known dead zone in my town for all carriers, yet they don't show it.  While technically "covered". I almost always lose signal here.
