I no longer receive sound notification for incoming text messages even though it is turned on. I am receiving notification for Facebook messenger but not text messages. Suggestions?
This issue started for me about two weeks ago on this app and 2 others I downloaded. Changed in recent Verizon update and there is no resolutio other than them telling us to take phone out of power save mode. I have left this question as well and it has gone unanswered for a week now. Hope this helps.
Mine is now fixed. Apparently this app or another turned the notification
volume down on my phone. I have never changed individual volumes, so it
has to have been an app
