Why is my Note 4 boot cycling after most recent update?

My Galaxy Note 4 has started to boot cycle Friday when I started to do a selfie video. I ended up having to do a hard restart. After that did not work I went ahead and reset everything. The phone was fine after that until this morning when I went to take a couple of pictures and the power cycle began again.

This is now happening when my phone is not plugged into the wall. I was

using the stock camera when it started.
