I am also having trouble with my phone, I'm trying to add minutes on my account and i can login online but my account is locked on my laptop, and on my phone i cant log in. also i don't remember my 10-15 digit pin number for my phone to restore service to my phone. plz help me

Lauren1769, I want to make sure that you don't run out of minutes on your phone. Sounds like you're currently on our prepay services. do u have anyway to figure out what my pin is that is all i need to add more mins on my account also i need my account unlocked online sine i can't login on my phone
