I changed phones from an S4 to a Note 3, I had
4G LTE service all the time with my S4, but wanted a phone a bit newer.....in the past 2 weeks sense I switched phones I have had 4G LTE for 2 min literally, and have had 3G or nada the remainder of the time. My new phone is awesome, I love it, but my service sucks and I am debating on switching carriers, because I might as well have flip phone with the service I am getting. I'm asking anyone if they have experienced this and is there anything I can do or should I just cancel....my contract has been done for a while so that is not holding me back, plus my experience with Verizon people has been less than stellar, I've been treated like I'm just a number and they could care less if I switched carriers.
