bluetooth will not connect

I've a Samsung Note 4 and have been having issue with both the Bluetooth and the WIFI. It will randomly not connect to my home WIFI, It shows in the Scan but has no signal, or the Bluetooth will not connect to any Bluetooth device. If I restart the phone then it works fine. I did a factory reset on the phone this week. It is still doing it.

Fcmitch, being able to connect to Bluetooth and wifi is very important. I am sorry to learn that you are having trouble. When did you start noticing the trouble? Has anything changed recently on the phone? Any new applications, software updates, application updates?

It has been happening for a long time. Before the last major update to the phone. I thought the update would fix it but didn't. As for new software that too has changed quite a bit since this started to happen. I wish I could be of more help however if been putting up with it because it would only happen every other day or so. Now it seems to be happening a lot more.

I ran the phone in safe mode for the whole day, and it worked ok again

until I got to my home network and it would not connect. I turned the

wifi on the phone off and on and my home wireless shows up but no

signal. I restarted the phone and it connects just fine. The morning I

put the phone in Safe mode I had tried to connect to my wireless

speakers and they would not connect. So I restarted the phone and

connected the speakers just fine. That is when I decided to put the

phone in safe mode to try that for a day.
