No driving mode? Will not read texts over Ford SYNC. WHY?????
IT may be labeled "hands free" ??
We know how important it is to keep your eyes on the road, Jaybro62. We'll be able to help out in this matter. What is the make and model of your Android device? Here is a link to Ford SYNC's site. Does your device show up as compatible with SYNC? http://spr.ly/6581BKHWd

Not trying to be fresh...but my experience with ford sync is it is set up for iPhone. It took a fight to get it to recognize a Samsung S3, but that was a couple years ago.
Next time you have it in for service, make sure they update software.
The device does not show up on the SYNC site.
But the phone does not have any settings for “driving” or “car” or “hands free” modes.
Nothing (like a GPS app audio) seems to come over the Bluetooth audio in the car except music and the phone calls.
Any thoughts?
