Anyone elese having issues with their Verizon Signal strength near 78006?

I live near the Boerne Stage Air Field, and from the Verizon coverage maps, I should be getting a strong 4G connection. I can barely get a bar of strength in my house. Even my home security provider had to boost his signal to get a 2nd bar of connection. Does Verizon offer signal boosters for residential homes and how do I get one? I frequently get calls dropped whenever in the house, and it doesn't matter the model of phone. Relatives come in with iPhone, HTC, Samsung, etc. and they drop frequently as well.

We definitely know how important it is to have the best signal possible when at home, KippTech. From what you have described, it sounds like the foundation of your home is causing signal interference. We definitely have a device called the Network Extender, http://vz.to/1DVuTfa. This will help with signal while at home. How is your service outside of your home? How long has this been an issue?

Do you have something that covers 4G and voice not just the 3g? This has been an issue since we moved into our home. Can barely get 1-2 bars in various locations around the house, outside is about the same. I've recorded and reported via OpenSignal the issues experienced and should be able to capture and send similar reports to you as well. Please let me know. We just renewed and added a line, and want our coverage to be better. Does Verizon supply the booster if the signal strength at our home is a certain level? I can see 3 different Cell Towers from my location and can't think of any line of sight issues.

Great questions, KippTech. Thank you for the additional details. We want to try and enhance the signal as much as possible. The Network Extender would be for the voice signal. Do you have wifi at home? This device would require you have high speed internet. You can get the booster directly from us or you can look for a booster from a third party.
