The subject says it all. I just had a 'group MMS incoming reply routing' problem with 6.0.6 (annother Community thread), which made this App useless. Now that is fixed in 6.0.8, but I have this issue. Zero texts go out to anyone. They just get stuck as 'sending'. I can switch to the Google Android 6/Marshmallow 'Messenger' app (blue icon one) and texts go out immediately without issue.
