Droid Turbo problrms

I've been having many problems with the volumes in almost every category of this phone. It's barely usable. All volume levels are set at the highest levels. The phone functions, although poorly, when set to speaker phone. When in regular mode, the other people can barely hear me even though I'm almost shouting. Several of them hung up on me. Now the ringer isn't working at all. 3 calls in 10 minutes, phone never rang. I had to call them back and conduct the call speaker which was barely sufficient, I'm out on the road right now and won't be home for a couple of weeks. This is embarrassing for me. I suppose I'll just have to suffer with this. Guess its too late to get my old Droid Ultra back, I liked it a lot better

We understand the importance of having a reliable phone now a days. It is alarming to see you have been having all these issues with your Turbo. I want to esnure you get it running properly. Nothing wrong with the phone, found out it was the life proof case that drastically lowered the speaker and mic volume. I paid $65 for an item that I can't use. Go Wireless won't honor the return policy because I don't have the original box. An expensive lesson.

I am glad your Turbo is working fine roqslyde. I do know that our 3rd party vendor do have qualifications in order to return an accessory back. My recommendation would be to try to sell it at this point. Let me know if you have any other questions.
