No sound on Galaxy SIII when making phone calls.

My Galaxy SIII has been working just fine until today.  Now when I call someone, there is no sound on the phone.  Not on the speaker phone either.  The call does connect, but the person I call can't hear me.  Music plays fine through the phone.  Volume is turned up.  Please help.  Lack of sound makes the phone worthless.

Cyrano, not having any sound to the phone does make it very difficult to use these days. I want to make sure that we get your device up and running without any issues. Has there been any changes to the phone since this issue started (new software or new 3rd party application)? Is there any kind of physical/liquid damage to the phone? Also, do you have Bluetooth turned on in the phone? Please keep us posted.
