After the most recent update, both the signal and battery life have gone in the dumpster, on my Note 3. What is Verizon waiting for? The issue is well know, albeit not acknowledged. I have been a loyal customer and am only asking to have as good a signal as I did prior to the upgrade.
The FRUSTRATION level is mounting and my contract end date is nearing; my thoughts of a different service are mounting as well.
PLEASE correct the issue ASAP>
