Voice Mail Message Time Limit Changed?

I have the prepaid plan $1.99 Unlimited Talk which includes voice mail. It seems that the time limit on a voice mail message has been significantly reduced from approx 20 minutes to 5 minutes. Has anyone else noticed this change? Is it possible to sign up for a different plan and get a longer time limit on voice mail messages? Many thanks!

There may be a limit on the total amount of time the voice messages take - so if you already had 15 minutes of messages, there's only 5 left... does someone actually leave you a twenty minute voicemail?

long VMs as I am frequently on the road and we use VM to keep in touch. A

bit outdated, I know... But would really like to have long VM length!

I agree & have the same issue with zero customer support or provide any feedback on the limited voice mail space.
