I have so many problems with my iPhone 5s, there's just too many to type. But originally it said I could upgrade in January 2016 but now it's saying May. How do I convince Verizon to let me upgrade even if I have a balance due?
By paying off your balance and then purchasing a phone either full price or elsewhere and bring it to Verizon. You cannot upgrade until the end of a contract, if you are under contract.
