S4 wifi and mobile data connection issues after lollipop upgrade.

Ever since I upgraded to lollipop my S4 will not connect to wifi, even if I am in the same room as my router. And keeps dropping mobile data. Phone worked great with KitKat, no connection issues at all! What's the deal Verizon, are we getting Lollipop 5.1.1 to fix these issues or what?

I am sorry to hear about these issues. We do not like to hear your device is not functioning as it should. Do you have issues staying connecting to all wifi's or just your home wifi? What exactly happens when you try to connect to wifi? In regards to your data, does it only drop when certain areas?

What exact software verision are you running on your device? Settings>More>About phone>Build number. You can keep up to date will all the recent software releases here.... http://vz.to/1GToUsG

Try it in safe mode. Also reset your router

I have tried it in safe mode, resetting the router, clearing the cache partition, factory resetting the phone, forgetting the network, cycling the phone on and off, putting phone in airplane, and thing you read on this forum and every other forum. Yet my phone still has the same issue
